Returns
- You have up to 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Custom orders are ineligible for returns due to their personalized nature unless a defect in craftsmanship exists.
Return Process
To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service at sales@vaudryjewelry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your number, securely package the piece(s) in their original packaging and mail it to:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing items.
Refunds
- Upon our receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive a notification via email regarding the status of your return and any applicable refunds.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed and we will credit your original method of payment within 3 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
- You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
- We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method for returns
Exchanges
- Exchanges are permissible only for defective items.
- To begin an exchange, please ensure that you contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the item.
Exceptions
- Custom items or customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
